ClickMagick vs Hyros

You are down to ClickMagick and Hyros, and they do not price the same way.

Nadia Lindqvist, Affiliate tracking, updated 18 October 2026

Pick ClickMagick if you need published visitor tiers, CAPI on the entry plan, and affiliate postbacks without a sales call; pick Hyros if you run high-ticket call or webinar funnels and you will take a price quoted on a setup call.

You are choosing how the bill is calculated. ClickMagick publishes the visitor limit before you sign up. Hyros sizes one plan to the revenue it tracks and states the number in that conversation.

What gets sent back to Meta and Google

ClickMagick's pricing page lists Audience Optimization as CAPI on Starter. The same plan includes 10,000 tracked visitors, one user, one website or store, and one ad account per platform. That is the first paid plan, and the conversion upload is already included.

Standard is $199 a month. Standard raises the allowance to 100,000 tracked visitors and five ad accounts per platform. Phone and offline sales tracking is included on Standard, along with unlimited affiliate campaigns. Standard is the plan that tracks a sale closed by phone after the click.

Hyros's call tracking page says it specializes in tracking long click-to-call-to-close journeys and B2B closes back to the ads that created them. Booked calls, the eventual close, and a recurring retainer are the outcomes that page describes. The same page says, "We push this data back to ad platforms like Meta, Google and TikTok."

Both companies say they report sales the ad platforms did not record. Hyros is built for sales that take weeks to close. ClickMagick includes that upload on Starter and lists phone-sales tracking on Standard.

A browser event and a server event can both arrive for one sale. How those two copies are kept from counting twice is a separate choice from which tracker you buy. Facebook pixel vs Conversions API is the page for that match.

What Starter includes, and where it stops

The visitor count is one limit on Starter. The plan also includes one user, one website or store, and a single ad account on each platform. A second Meta account, or a second website, sits outside that list, even when the visitor count would still fit.

Standard is where the ad-account limit goes to five per platform. Phone-sales tracking and affiliate campaigns are listed there too. Pro comes after Standard, and its price is in the section below.

Hyros vs ClickMagick when the sale is a call

A booked call that becomes a retainer a few weeks later is the journey Hyros describes. The setup team is included, which is why the price is discussed before you reach a checkout.

On ClickMagick, phone-sales tracking is a Standard feature. Affiliate campaigns without a cap are on that same plan. Starter is the plan you can open from the pricing page, on a 14-day trial, before anyone has to take a meeting.

People who have used Hyros say the setup is long and needs the company's own team. They also describe the bill as high compared with running a pixel and the Conversions API. The complaint is about the price conversation and the setup. The tracking they wanted was the call and the close.

If the allowance is the limit you have hit, ClickMagick vs Voluum sets visitors next to an event pool. If you need a second ad account on the platform you already use, RedTrack vs ClickMagick starts from that limit.

A Hyros alternative with the price in writing

ClickMagick is the alternative when you want a published visitor allowance and CAPI, and the sale happens on a form or at checkout. Choose Standard when you need phone-call tracking and affiliate campaigns.

That Standard listing is the one to use when an affiliate network posts the sale back after the click. Hyros's own page is about the call, the close, and the retainer. Read it for that journey.

Hyros is the specialist when the money arrives as a booked call or a retainer, and you are willing to hear the number before you see a checkout page. The two products bill for different kinds of sales.

Quick answer

ClickMagick is our top pick for most people. ClickMagick works for a small account that wants CAPI and can stay within the visitor limit.

  • ClickMagick. Best for an account with a visitor cap. From $79/mo.
  • Hyros. Best for call and webinar closes.

ClickMagick

What works

  • Starter includes Audience Optimization, which the pricing page lists as CAPI.
  • The entry plan is the lowest of the three we priced, and the trial is 14 days.
  • A first-party tracking domain is on the Starter feature list.

What to watch

  • Starter includes 10,000 tracked visitors and one ad account per platform.
  • Affiliate campaigns without a cap are listed on Standard. Starter keeps data for six months.
  • The pricing page does not state what happens once you exceed the visitor allowance.

Hyros

What works

  • Booked calls, closes, and recurring retainers are attributed back to the ads that created them.
  • The one plan includes the setup team, an AI analyst, full tracking, and the Claude MCP.
  • Sales the ad platforms missed are sent to Meta, Google, and TikTok.

What to watch

  • The price is quoted on a call and sized to tracked revenue. There is no public table.
  • Setup takes a long time and depends on Hyros staff.

Published prices and a custom quote

The entry price in the table is what Starter costs each month. The yearly column lists Starter, Standard, and Pro when you pay for the year up front. Pro costs $349 a month, for 1,000,000 tracked visitors and unlimited ad accounts.

Above the Starter allowance, the next named plan is Standard. The pricing page does not list a rate for visitors past the included count.

Hyros's pricing page sells one plan. The price follows the revenue it tracks, and the vendor quotes that price on the call. Every plan includes the setup team, an AI analyst, full tracking, and the Claude MCP. If the ad ROI is not better, that page says you do not pay.

Choose ClickMagick if you want the price written down before you sign up. Hyros is for buyers who will book that call because the sale is a webinar or a retainer.

When the page, the checkout, and the postback share one record

ClickMagick and Hyros record the click and the later sale. The landing page and the checkout still live somewhere else. ElasticFunnels is a funnel platform for teams that run paid traffic. A click, an order, a rebill, and a refund stay on one record, and a network can post the sale back to that same record.

Same-URL split testing is one reason teams move. Variants rotate on the server under one campaign link, so the ad platforms keep the learning on that link. The platform also builds pages, from a prompt or by cloning a URL, and it hosts checkout with order bumps, one-click upsells, and subscriptions. Every feature is on every plan. Plans differ by usage limits: page views, brands, domains, team seats, and automation runs.

Starter is $97 a month, or $937 billed for the year, with 50,000 page views. A page view is one load of a page ElasticFunnels hosts. Bot traffic, data-center traffic, and test traffic are not billed. The trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card required. Pages, funnels, and a custom domain can be set up during the trial. A 0.5% fee applies to revenue processed through Stripe, NMI, PayPal, Klarna, or Authorize.net. Sales sent to an external checkout or a network sit outside that fee.

ElasticFunnels is newer than the platforms it competes with, and there is very little independent review coverage to check its claims against. Until you run real volume through it, you are largely taking the vendor's word for how attribution behaves. The platform launched in 2023, so outside write-ups of that tracking have had less time to accumulate. Pages, checkout, and the CRM are included on every plan.

A team that already hosts the page and the checkout, and only needs the tracker, should stay with ClickMagick or Hyros. Buyers who compare ElasticFunnels with other funnel platforms usually look at ClickFunnels for pages, GoHighLevel for the CRM, and Konnektive for checkout. For the page builder, see ElasticFunnels vs ClickFunnels. The limits are in the ElasticFunnels review and on its pricing page.

When I would take the quote

I would choose Hyros when the revenue comes from booked calls or retainers, and I am willing to accept a custom price based on tracked revenue. I would choose ClickMagick if I can stay inside the Starter visitor allowance and the account limit, and I need conversion uploads on that first plan. The ClickMagick review covers that entry plan on its own.

Questions

Is Hyros more expensive than ClickMagick?
ClickMagick shows monthly plans on a public page. Hyros waits until the conversation, and the figure follows how much revenue it is tracking, so two companies are not handed the same number.
Does ClickMagick work for call funnels?
Phone and offline sales sit on the plan above the entry tier. Hyros is built for the longer path from the click through a booked call to the close, including retainers, and it sends those outcomes to the ad platforms.
What is a Hyros alternative if I do not want a sales call?
ClickMagick publishes a price, with the conversion upload on the first paid plan and phone tracking plus affiliate campaigns on the next one. When that entry cap is what you have outgrown, read RedTrack vs ClickMagick.
Can either tool send affiliate network postbacks?
Affiliate campaigns without a limit are a Standard listing on ClickMagick. Hyros's pages describe calls, closes, and retainers. If the sale comes back from an affiliate network, start with that Standard listing.
